Qualifications

• Barred US attorney with admission to practice
• 0–2 years post-bar experience (flexible/part-time considered)
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Exposure to technology, SaaS, software licensing, or related commercial transactions

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, licensing, confidentiality, partnerships)
• Manage end-to-end contracting process and improve templates/playbooks/workflows
• Advise on commercial, technology, data privacy, and regulatory matters in business terms
• Support due diligence processes, including AI-related diligence and privacy compliance
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses for the legal team and leadership
• Monitor developments in tech, data, and financial services regulation
• Assist with corporate, governance, and transactional matters with senior colleagues and external counsel
