Job summary

Firm Advice, on behalf of our international technology client, seeks a full-time, temporary interim counsel to draft and negotiate a wide range of technology contracts, including SaaS agreements and enterprise software licenses. The role is remote and begins immediately.

You will handle a high volume of contracts, work independently, set priorities, manage budgets and deadlines, and maintain a keen understanding of the business and legal environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience drafting and negotiating technology and engineering contracts.
• Experience handling a high-volume of contracts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, work within budget, meet deadlines and resolve problems, with a solid understanding of the business and legal environments

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and enterprise software licenses.
• Position is full-time and beginning immediately; remote work arrangement.
