Job summary
BURKE CO. seeks a sharp Legal Contract Administrator to own global contract administration from a remote US base, working PST hours. The role partners with Legal, Finance, HR, Security, and Search Operations to move contracts from review through execution.
You will draft, review, and redline NDAs, MSAs, and other commercial agreements, translate key terms for executives, and help streamline contract processes across a growing organization.
Qualifications
- Must have experience with NDAs, MSAs, or other legal contracts.
- Ability to review and redline legal documents with attention to detail.
- Understanding of contract terms such as pricing, SLAs, confidentiality, indemnification.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
- Ability to explain contract language to non-legal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline contracts using templates and playbooks.
- Manage high volume of global contracts and requests.
- Support negotiations and escalate to legal when needed.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, Security, and Search Operations.
- Translate and summarize key terms for executives.
- Assist with invoicing documentation and audits.
- Maintain contract records in Salesforce and internal systems.
