Job summary

Libra Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Executive to grow relationships with plaintiffs, attorneys, and doctors. You will train firms on MoveDocs technology, manage CRM activity, and expand funding opportunities across a Phoenix-based region.

This remote position requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive mindset to drive new business and client success. Candidates must reside in Arizona (Phoenix/Scottsdale) with the ability to travel about 60%.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Arizona residency (Phoenix/Scottsdale) required—no relocation.
• JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus.
• Paralegal, legal, account management, or outside sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and builds relationships with attorneys and law firms.
• Reaches out to attorneys and sets weekly meeting schedules.
• Drives adoption of MoveDocs technology with law firms.
• Provides training and updates on services and features.
• Manages attorney relationships and initiates funding opportunities.
