Job summary

Responsibilities include updating systems, organizing documents, and assisting with client and court preparations. The position is full-time with standard Eastern hours and non-exempt hourly status.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience with technology-driven workflows and tools.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate work on deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Update internal firm systems and client systems within required timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, and file legal documents digitally.
• Complete assigned work queue items within designated timeframes.
• Assist with preparing items for clients and courts.
