Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or legal assistant roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a technology-driven environment; experience in Default Servicing space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the foreclosure process sales activities.
• Update internal and client systems within required timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, and file legal documents.
• Complete assigned work queue items on schedule.
• Grasp basic legal concepts and terminology relevant to the role.
• Assist with preparing required items for court appearances.
• Review incoming documents and distribute to appropriate parties.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging systems.
• Complete trainings in the Firm LMS in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
