Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant II for a remote position on our Recovery team handling Collections, Evictions and Replevins. The role requires 1–3 years of data entry or legal assistant experience, and prior work in replevin/evictions is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working in a data entry or legal assistant role.
• Experience providing administrative/operational support in a legal office setting.
• Experience working in Replevins/Evictions/Collections.

Responsibilities

• Update internal Firm systems and external client systems within the expected timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, digitally file and organize legal documentation.
• Complete assigned work queue items in designated timeframes.
• Assist with preparing items for court appearances.
• Review incoming documents and disperse to appropriate parties.
