LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a motivated Legal Assistant for a remote, part-time role. The position follows a standard 8:30–5:00 PM Eastern schedule with hourly compensation.

The candidate will support creditor-rights matters, maintain accurate documents, and interact with clients and courts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Experience in a technology-driven environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Update internal firm systems and external client systems within expected timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, and digitally file legal documents.
• Complete assigned work queue items within designated timeframes.
• Understand basic legal concepts and terminology relevant to tasks.
• Assist with preparing items for clients and courts.
• Review incoming documents and route to appropriate parties.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Complete all trainings in the Firm LMS on time.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
