Qualifications

• High school diploma required and relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong typing and data-entry abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Update internal firm systems and external client systems within expected timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, digitally file and organize legal documentation.
• Complete assigned work queue items within designated timeframes.
• Retain basic legal concepts and terminology relevant to the role.
• Assist with preparing items for clients and courts.
• Review incoming documents and assign to appropriate parties.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and internal/external messaging.
• Complete trainings in the Firm LMS.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
