The Dinerstein Companies is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead our property leasing team during the initial lease-up and beyond. You will manage leasing staff, coordinate tours, follow up with prospects, and implement tailored marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.

We value hospitality, creativity, and collaboration. Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in leasing is required; a track record in property operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team during the initial lease-up and ongoing operations.
• Manage leasing inquiries, conduct tours, follow-ups, and assist prospects with applications.
• Ensure tasks are completed and documented; report variances to the team.
• Implement the property's marketing strategy and develop relevant content.
• Represent the property at on-site and external events; maintain accurate lease files.
