Naukri Mitra is seeking a Remote Online Learning Program Advisor to guide students worldwide in a fully remote setting. You will support learners in choosing program pathways, sequencing courses, and monitoring progress to achieve academic goals.

Work with a dynamic team committed to expanding access to digital education. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of remote advising experience, and proficiency with Zoom/Teams/Canvas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or Instructional Design.
• Masters degree is advantageous for advancement in remote advising roles.
• Minimum 2+ years in advising, student coaching, or academic services with remote learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored academic guidance to diverse remote learners.
• Clarify program pathways and course sequences for students.
• Support progression toward academic goals and retention.
• Lead engaging online onboarding experiences for new students.
• Deliver virtual sessions to familiarize learners with platforms and expectations.
• Monitor progress and identify gaps using data from reports.
• Maintain accurate records while managing a high caseload.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to improve remote education programs.
• Advise on policy procedures with empathy and clarity.
• Promote inclusive design and accessibility in program updates.
