Naukri Mitra is seeking a Remote Learning Innovation Consultant to design and implement digital learning strategies that engage diverse learners across industries. You will move from conceptual design to post-implementation evaluation, shaping every stage of the learner journey in a fully remote environment.

The role emphasizes LMS and authoring tool expertise, needs assessments, platform evaluation, and applying gamification and AR/VR to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital learning, instructional design, or educational consulting.
• Strong grasp of Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and EdTech trends.
• Experience with international or large-scale learning projects preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing learning solutions designed and executed.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning experiences that are pedagogically sound and technologically advanced.
• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and tailor innovative solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend eLearning platforms, tools, and technologies that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure alignment with instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and learner preferences.
• Incorporate gamification, AR/VR, simulations, and storytelling to enhance learner engagement.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance data to improve digital learning interventions continuously.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of learning projects.
• Champion innovation in every stage of the learning lifecycle.
• Stay current with EdTech trends and share emerging solutions that may benefit the team.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and learning outcomes efficiently.
