Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to conduct training for Operations and Support Center staff and to facilitate GO classes.
The role involves presenting a variety of instructional methods and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure participants absorb content and apply it in practice. You will contribute to ongoing employee development, staying current with learning trends and providing actionable feedback to GO participants.
The Learning & Development Trainer position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. This position facilitates GO classes and assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness. This position also assists with providing feedback on GO participant performance.
Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500
