Job summary

SMI is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to co-create and promote learning opportunities that support employee growth and organizational success. This role collaborates with leaders across the company to curate learning solutions, administer programs such as Inspire Mentoring and Spark Sessions, and ensure compliant training across multi-state requirements.

The position is part-time and primarily remote, with periodic in-office attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning and development programs across teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in person.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote company-wide learning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate Inspire Mentoring and Spark Sessions programs.
• Maintain training records, materials, and reporting for audits.
• Partner with leaders to identify development needs and solutions.
• Monitor compliance training requirements across jurisdictions.
