Job summary
SpryPoint is seeking a Learning Designer to craft innovative training for our cloud-native platform used by utilities across North America. This remote-first role reports to the Manager of Learning Design & Enablement and collaborates with product, UI, and service delivery teams.
You will translate technical documentation into engaging training activities, develop onboarding content, and contribute to e-learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience creating high-quality training material for software applications.
- Certificate/Diploma in instructional design or related field.
- Experience using Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote to create training artifacts.
- Proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline; familiarity with LMS and SCORM.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging training for clients and internal teams.
- Translate technical documents into effective training activities and assessments.
- Support onboarding and training content for new SpryPoint staff.
- Collaborate with product, UI, and service delivery teams.
- Participate in brainstorming and e-learning initiatives.
