Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate learning, training development, or performance consulting.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end learning lifecycle in remote-first companies.
• Skilled in instructional design, adult learning theory, and blended learning modalities.
• Familiarity with agile learning principles and their strategic implementation in L&D.

Responsibilities

• Learning Strategy & Design: identify learning objectives and design engaging programs.
• Instructional Design: create personalized content using LMS tools and eLearning authoring platforms.
• Content Innovation: adopt new learning technologies and digital learning ecosystems.
• Pilot innovative methods such as social learning, digital coaching, and adaptive learning paths.
• Drive learning campaign models for continuous engagement.
• Performance Enablement: analyze KPIs and use insights to inform strategy.
• Data & Reporting: define success metrics and gather feedback to show ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align L&D with HR initiatives and collaborate with IT.
