Job summary

Naukri Mitra seeks an experienced Remote Employee Development Coordinator to design and run engaging learning programs for a globally distributed team. You’ll deliver live sessions, create friendly resources, and collaborate with managers to tailor training that accelerates growth while keeping remote workers connected and motivated.

You’ll shape career paths, measure impact, and continuously refine programs to ensure every employee feels supported and included, no matter where they work from.

Qualifications

• Experience running training or development programs (remote experience is a bonus).
• Good with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar).
• Comfortable creating easy-to-use resources like guides, videos, or templates.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to turn feedback into action.
• An eye for making learning engaging, not boring.

Responsibilities

• Kick off new learning programs so people can build skills without feeling overwhelmed.
• Run live sessions where folks swap ideas, share wins, and laugh a little.
• Check in with managers to spot training needs before they turn into headaches.
• Craft easy-to-follow resources that feel like a friend’s guide rather than a textbook.
