Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence and structured problem solving.
• Ability to translate data into insights and portfolio development.
• Experience with formal change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, CAP).
• Proven track record driving improvements and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience influencing senior leadership to shape strategy and drive accountability.
• Strong relationship builder; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to create and deliver executive level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities and develop improvement roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Coach black belts to deliver improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Define KPIs and dashboards and validate benefits with Finance.
• Deliver executive level progress and financial reports.
• Develop reusable tools, standards, playbooks.
