Job summary

Lumen, a leading network and AI-enabled connectivity provider, seeks a Lean Portfolio Manager to drive governance, strategy, and execution for Product Infrastructure. This role partners with product, engineering, finance, and operations to align initiatives with corporate priorities and measurable outcomes.

You will develop portfolio roadmaps, lead investment decisions, and deliver executive reporting while enabling teams to move strategic initiatives from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading portfolio, program, or product management initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios across multiple programs.
• Strong financial acumen; translate analysis into exec recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Knowledge of portfolio governance frameworks and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning and governance across Product Infrastructure.
• Align roadmaps with long-term business and product strategy.
• Coordinate investment inputs and validate financial impacts with partners.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight for complex programs.
• Deliver executive briefings and strategic updates.
