Job summary

Lumen is hiring a Lean Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio strategy, governance, and execution across Product Infrastructure. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance and leadership to align initiatives with corporate priorities and measurable outcomes.

You will provide governance, prioritization, and executive reporting, while enabling teams to deliver strategic initiatives from concept through launch across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience coordinating investment inputs and translating analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience enabling executive leadership through portfolio governance, reporting, and decision support (not day-to-day operations).
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across Product Infrastructure.
• Develop portfolio roadmaps aligned with long-term strategy and business outcomes.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through reviews, investment recommendations, and trade-off analyses.
• Monitor benefits realization and performance against approved business cases.
• Provide portfolio governance and risk visibility to enable product strategy and execution.
