Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a seasoned Lean Consultant to join the TLM/RLM team. This fully remote role in the United States involves up to 70% domestic travel and focuses on transforming organizations through the Toyota Production System.

You will lead workshops, coach leaders, and partner with dealerships to eliminate waste and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Salary ranges from $94,000 to $133,700 depending on education and experience.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of leadership experience in areas such as Material Handling, Operations, Healthcare, Supply Chain, within a Lean-practicing organization.
• Deep understanding and application of Lean concepts: 5S, Standard Work, Just In Time (JIT), Jidoka, Visual Management, One Piece Flow, Kaizen, Asaichi/Loop communication, Hoshin Kanri.

Aufgaben

• Partner with dealership and customer leadership to develop and implement Lean improvement strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and value stream mapping sessions to uncover opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Coach executives and managers to build and sustain Lean culture, leveraging methodologies like 5S, Standard Work, and JIT.
• Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on guidance to translate Lean principles into workplace improvements.
• Manage multiple projects with strong communication and follow-through.
