Job summary

Make-A-Wish America is seeking a detail-minded operations support role focused on planned giving, estate management, and CRM reporting. This position emphasizes cross-team collaboration to enhance fundraising workflows and data accuracy in our CRM.

You will work remotely with occasional travel, joining chapters and national teams to grow benefactor revenue while upholding our mission to grant life-changing wishes. Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience are required.
