Heartflow, a medical technology leader, seeks a Manager of Leadership Development & Sales Training to design and deliver a new leadership track for its sales team. You will build content from the ground up, facilitate sessions both in person and remotely, and collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure relevance and impact.

The role supports onboarding and ongoing leadership development, with travel up to 25% across the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of work experience in related field.
• 4+ years in leadership development, sales training, instructional design, or enablement with content creation.
• Cardiology/healthcare domain background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design net-new leadership development track for new and emerging sales leaders.
• Facilitate sessions in person and virtual with strong presence.
• Coach new leaders on feedback, performance, and team development.
• Create content for onboarding and leadership programs from scratch.
• Support field events and align content with product launches and market expansion.
• Translate leadership content into field-relevant tools and messaging.
