Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Manager, Leadership Development & Sales Training to design and facilitate a new leadership development track for its sales team. The role focuses on original content creation, hands-on coaching, onboarding, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration with Sales and Commercial partners.

In this remote role, you will build learning experiences for leaders, run sessions virtually and in person, and ensure content aligns with business goals. Travel up to 25% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years in leadership development, sales/commercial training, instructional design, or enablement with original content development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or healthcare.
• Background in cardiology or cardiovascular diagnostics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a net-new leadership development track for new and emerging sales leaders.
• Facilitate leadership development sessions, in person and virtually.
• Coach new leaders on feedback, performance, and team development.
• Deliver training on topics like objection handling, call planning, and selling.
• Support national and regional events with aligned content and facilitation.
• Translate training content into field-relevant tools and ensure alignment with goals.
