Job summary

AO – American Income Division of Globe Life is seeking Remote Leadership Development Representatives to build client relationships and educate families about life, accident, and health insurance options from a home office.

You’ll train in benefits education, enrollment support, and relationship management, with opportunities for mentorship, coaching, and leadership advancement as you demonstrate performance, consistency, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly; no prior insurance experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn benefits, enrollment processes, and licensing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to discuss benefits.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Help clients evaluate coverage options and assist with applications/enrollment.
• Provide ongoing client support and follow-up and maintain accurate digital records.
• Engage in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development activities.
