Responsibilities

• Conducting scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone.
• Connecting with individuals and families interested in benefit information.
• Identifying client needs and financial protection priorities.
• Explaining available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Answering questions clearly and professionally.
• Providing needs-based recommendations.
• Guiding clients through applications and enrollment.
• Providing ongoing service and follow-up.
• Assisting with applicable policy reviews and updates.
• Maintaining accurate digital client records.
