The position combines customer service, member relations, benefits education, and long-term relationship management in a remote environment. Training, licensing guidance, and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable computer and high-speed internet with a quiet home workspace.
• Willingness to obtain the state Life & Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments via Zoom and phone.
• Assist members who request information regarding available benefits.
• Listen to members' needs, priorities, and questions.
• Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly and professionally.
• Provide personalized service throughout the member experience.
• Guide members through applications and enrollment and manage related documentation.
