Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Manager, Leadership & Learning Program, DZMG to design, develop, and implement leadership learning programs across Munitions. The role partners with HR, People & Culture, and leaders to identify needs and deliver scalable solutions.

Overnight travel up to 50% is required to multi-site locations. Lead the development of a progressive supervisor and leadership development framework, and deliver learning across in-person and virtual formats while ensuring transfer of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Formal coursework in adult learning and instructional design.
• 5+ years of progressive learning and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and sustainment of a leadership development framework aligned to levels of responsibility.
• Create learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and asynchronous formats.
• Facilitate onboarding and capability programs with coaching and reinforcement.
• Assess learning needs and measure effectiveness to drive improvements.
• Build relationships with leaders and subject matter experts to align priorities.
