Job summary

Medasource's client seeks an Interim Director of Patient Access Training & Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide training initiatives supporting a large-scale Patient Access transformation. This leader will build a best-in-class training organization as the client centralizes Patient Access operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, or Healthcare Operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise training or organizational development initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Patient Access operations (Registration, Scheduling, Referrals, Eligibility Verification, Pre-Access).
• Experience building enterprise training programs from the ground up.
• Strong curriculum development and instructional design experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and operational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the enterprise Patient Access training strategy.
• Build and standardize onboarding and ongoing education programs across Patient Access.
• Design and implement training curriculum and materials (Training materials, Job aids, Learning pathways, Competency assessments, SOPs).
• Create and maintain eLearning content utilizing LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Partner with operational leaders to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Drive organizational change management during implementations.
• Establish training governance, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor an existing training team, preparing for future growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workforce readiness, operational consistency, and patient experience.
