Evolent Health, Inc. is seeking a Director, Oncology Performance Solutions to lead strategic initiatives across oncology programs.

You will collaborate with the VP of Performance Solutions to design and implement high-priority projects that advance clinical and financial goals for our clients and markets. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in healthcare management or consulting, strong project management, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years in healthcare management or healthcare consulting.
• Strong project management skills with initiative and process leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee high-priority oncology performance initiatives through design and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement initiatives across clients/markets.
• Maintain initiative backlog with descriptions, sizing, and prioritization criteria.
• Use data to assess whether initiatives meet success metrics and adjust as needed.
• Develop PM processes, tools, and templates for performance initiatives.
