Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree + 6-10 years of healthcare management/consulting experience.
• Strong project management skills with initiative and process control.
• Proven track record of high performance in academic and professional settings.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and oral presentation abilities.

• Manage high priority performance initiatives through all design and execution phases.
• Engage cross-department stakeholders to design initiatives across clients/markets.
• Maintain pipeline with descriptions, sizing and prioritization criteria.
• Use data to verify metrics and refine approaches cross-functionally.
• Develop and maintain project management processes, tools and templates.
