Job summary

Samaritan Health Plans seeks a Manager of Enrollment and Provider Data Management to lead enrollment, eligibility, and provider data across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines. You will oversee provider directory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality member and provider experiences.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of health plan operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, public health, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years transitional operations experience in health plan operations.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan operations preferred.
• Managing regulatory compliance, audits, and operational reporting.
• Enrollment platforms, provider data systems, claims systems, and healthcare technology applications.
• Project management, process improvement, or Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for Enrollment and Provider Data Management across all health plan lines.
• Ensures accurate and timely member enrollment, eligibility maintenance, provider data management, and provider directory accuracy.
• Leads operational teams, develops business processes, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates with stakeholders.
• Supports regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and exceptional customer and provider experiences.
