• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; master's preferred.
• 7 years in provider contracting or healthcare finance, with 2 years leadership.
• Experience with reimbursement methodologies, financial modeling, and healthcare regs (Medicaid/Medicare).
• Experience negotiating with hospitals, physician groups, and health systems; cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider contract development, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.
• Design reimbursement methodologies and align with financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial terms.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Actuarial, Legal, and Compliance.
