Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in management and provider data management, data analysis, and customer service in healthcare settings.
• Experience leading teams in a managed care or medical office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end provider data entry and maintenance for claims payment and directory display.
• Investigate and resolve complex provider data issues.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to prevent problems.
• Lead workflow assignments and monitor team performance against data quality benchmarks.
• Facilitate meetings with Health Plan representatives and mentor analysts.
