Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Governance leader to oversee multi-cloud security, policy enforcement, and risk management across GCP, Azure, and AWS. The role emphasizes proactive exposure management, automation, and SOX/HITRUST compliance.

You will mentor engineers, drive remediation campaigns, and coordinate with GRC platforms to ensure timely, auditable results. A strong background in regulatory frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in security governance, cloud security engineering, or equivalent risk management role.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering professionals.
• Hands-on knowledge of multi‑cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Working knowledge of security frameworks, esp. NIST CSF.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, and GDPR.
• Experience using and integrating GRC platforms, ServiceNow, and cloud‑native security tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Engineers, fostering growth and proactive exposure management.
• Expand governance scope to enforcement of security policies, vulnerability, data, and application security management.
• Champion Automation & AI to deliver real-time compliance results and accelerate auto-remediation of cloud risks.
• Govern firewall rule policies to align with network standards and certification programs.
• Oversee CSPM and cloud-native security solutions across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Orchestrate remediation campaigns using ServiceNow and GRC platforms for timely resolution.
• Manage SOX server quarterly certifications and address findings with urgency.
• Analyze non-compliance proactively and address deprecated protocols or least-privilege violations.
