Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior Infrastructure Governance leader for a country-wide remote role. You will guide a Cloud Engineers team, expand security governance beyond CSPM, and drive automated, real-time compliance across GCP, Azure, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in security compliance governance, cloud security engineering, or an equivalent technical risk management role preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring or directing engineering professionals.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of multi‑cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Working knowledge of security frameworks, especially NIST CSF.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Cloud Engineers, fostering growth and proactive exposure management.
• Expand governance scope beyond CSPM to enforce security policies, vulnerability, data, and application security management.
• Champion Automation and AI to deliver real-time compliance results and accelerate cloud risk remediation.
• Govern Firewall Rule Policies to align with network standards and certify rules.
• Oversee CSPM and cloud-native security tools across GCP, Azure, and AWS with continuous monitoring and audit reporting.
• Orchestrate remediation campaigns using ServiceNow and GRC platforms; track and verify resolutions.
• Manage quarterly SOX server certifications and address any findings with urgency.
• Address non-compliance proactively and manage exceptions per policy.
