Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior leader for Infrastructure Governance. You will lead a team of Cloud Engineers, expand policy enforcement across CSPM, and drive automation to improve cloud security posture. The role covers governance, risk, and compliance across GCP, Azure, and AWS.

You will partner with IT and security stakeholders, ensuring SOX/HIPAA/GDPR controls, leading remediation, audits, and regulatory programs. This is a country-wide remote opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in security governance or cloud security engineering.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineering professionals.
• Hands-on knowledge of multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Working knowledge of security frameworks, especially NIST CSF.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, and GDPR compliance.
• GRC platforms and cloud-native security tools integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Cloud Engineers and foster growth.
• Expand governance scope beyond CSPM to full security policy enforcement and remediation.
• Champion Automation & AI to deliver real-time compliance results and auto-remediation.
• Govern firewall rule policies and oversee CSPM across cloud platforms.
• Oversee continuous alerting, monitoring, and audit reporting for GCP, Azure, AWS.
• Coordinate remediation campaigns using ServiceNow and GRC platforms.
