Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced infrastructure governance leader to oversee the security posture across multiple cloud platforms. You will guide a skilled team, drive policy enforcement, and push automation to shorten remediation cycles while maintaining strict regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include managing CSPM, firewall policies, and governance metrics, with a focus on SOX certifications and timely audits.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive security governance or cloud security experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of engineering professionals.
• Extensive multi-cloud knowledge: GCP, Azure, AWS.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, GDPR).
• Experience with GRC platforms and cloud-native security tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Cloud Engineers.
• Expand governance scope to include security policy enforcement, vulnerability, data, and application security management.
• Champion Automation & AI to deliver real-time compliance and auto-remediation.
• Govern Firewall Rule Policies and certificate firewall rules across in-scope environments.
• Oversee CSPM and cloud-native security tools for continuous alerting and audit reporting across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Orchestrate remediation campaigns using ServiceNow and GRC platforms to assign, track, and verify resolutions.
• Manage SOX server quarterly certifications and address findings with urgency.
• Address non-compliance and manage exceptions with timely remediation, renewal, or closure.
