Job summary

TYLin is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Group Lead to guide a team delivering water and wastewater control systems, SCADA, and integration projects. You will provide technical leadership, client service, and help grow the group through relationships and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Controls engineering.
• 10–15 years in industrial engineering consulting or water/wastewater; leadership experience.
• Professional Engineer license required; licensure in additional states preferred.
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for water and wastewater facilities.
• Provide technical direction, QA, and oversight for I&C design, programming, integration, and construction-phase services.
• Oversee PLC, HMI, SCADA integration and commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, templates, and best practices for the I&C group.
