Ideal candidates have 5+ years in travel consulting and customer service, fluent in GDS systems like Sabre or Amadeus, and proficient with O365.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of travel consultant and customer service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of global points of sale and international routings.
• Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus GDS and Microsoft O365.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline travel counselor support and policy guidance.
• Manage workloads to meet contracted SLAs.
• Conduct training and quality monitoring for service delivery.
• Build relationships with team, clients, coordinators, and suppliers.
• Resolve disruptions, exchanges, and complex fare issues.
• Create and maintain training materials.
