First American's GO Title division seeks a Lead Title Examiner to review residential property records, verify ownership, and ensure accurate title products. You will train team members and collaborate with global partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of title searching and examination experience in Florida.
• Experience working with global partners.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review public records, including deeds, liens, mortgages, easements, and maps, to confirm property ownership and identify potential issues.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information with accuracy and care.
• Compile clear, organized summaries of your findings to support title commitments and smooth closings.
• Train global partners on advanced title examination concepts (e.g. metes and bounds).
• Flexibility to work on escalations and other quality-related tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and other partners to clarify information or resolve title questions.
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail while managing multiple title orders.
• Work independently with support from an experienced, collaborative team.
• Cultivate a productive and positive work environment with your team.
