As a Lead Title Examiner, you’ll use your research and analytical skills to review residential property records, verify ownership, and ensure every title product we issue is accurate and complete. You’ll also have the opportunity to draw on your experience to train team members. We’ll provide the tools, training and support you need to succeed and grow. Review public records, including deeds, liens, mortgages, easements, and maps, to confirm property ownership and identify potential issues.

Flexibility to work on escalations and other quality-related tasks as needed.

Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail while managing multiple title orders.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the ability to learn new systems.

Familiarity with relevant legal and real estate terminology.

Pay Range: $30.91 - $41.20 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Based on eligibility, First American offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave and other great benefits like an employee stock purchase plan.
