Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in title searching and examination in Florida.
• Experience working with global partners.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Review public records (deeds, liens, mortgages, easements, maps) to confirm ownership and identify issues.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information with accuracy.
• Prepare clear summaries to support title commitments and smooth closings.
• Train global partners on advanced title examination concepts.
• Manage escalations and quality-related tasks as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams and partners to resolve questions.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail while handling multiple orders.
• Work independently with support from a collaborative team.
