First American Title’s GO Title division is seeking a Lead Title Examiner. You will review public records, verify ownership, identify issues, and prepare clear summaries to support closings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in title searching and examination in Florida
• Experience working with global partners
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new systems
• Love for solving puzzles and digging into details
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional communication in writing and speaking
• Commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism
• Familiarity with relevant legal and real estate terminology

Responsabilités

• Review public records, including deeds, liens, mortgages, easements, and maps, to confirm property ownership and identify potential issues.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information with accuracy and care.
• Compile clear, organized summaries of your findings to support title commitments and smooth closings.
• Train global partners on advanced title examination concepts (e.g. metes and bounds).
• Flexibility to work on escalations and other quality-related tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and other partners to clarify information or resolve title questions.
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail while managing multiple title orders.
• Work independently with support from an experienced, collaborative team.
• Cultivate a productive and positive work environment with your team.
