Dave is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the next generation of products from concept to launch. You’ll connect Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to execute complex programs at speed and scale in a remote‑first US environment.

You will shape architecture, dependencies, and decision points, balancing speed with reliability, and you’ll build frameworks to test assumptions and learn from user behavior across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leading complex technical programs with consumer product launches.
• Experience turning product ideas into executable roadmaps with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency across modern software systems and scalable architectures.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product programs from concept to market launch and scale.
• Translate product strategy into executable roadmaps across teams.
• Clarify architecture, dependencies, risks, and readiness for releases.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Ops.
• Build launch and experimentation frameworks to validate assumptions.
• Balance speed to market with reliability and long‑term flexibility.
