Job summary

Cyera is looking for a Team Lead, Solution Architecture to oversee our US-based OCTO Scanning team. This leadership role demands a blend of technical expertise and managerial skills, helping to drive customer success and ensuring efficient deployment of Cyera's platform.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a strong background in cloud security, and a proven track record in team leadership. This position offers a remote work option along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or technical role in the data security or cloud space.
• 2+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects.
• Act as the senior technical point of contact for complex customer engagements.
• Design and guide troubleshooting of customer deployments of Cyera's platform.
