Qualifications
- 7+ years leading engineering teams or managers.
- Experience with cloud/SaaS and desktop software.
- Proven ability to set long-term technical direction and architecture.
- Experience delivering multi-quarter strategies.
- Strong Agile experience with distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team, including desktop and backend leads.
- Set long-term technical direction for the product, with a focus on scalability and growth.
- Own the multi-quarter delivery strategy and collaborate with Product leadership on the roadmap.
- Manage the team's budget and align resources with business priorities.
- Make technical and organizational decisions for shared platform components.
- Ensure smooth coordination between desktop and backend areas with shared goals.
- Oversee the agile process and ensure consistent execution of ceremonies across teams.
