Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers or team leads.
• Experience setting long-term technical direction and system architecture for a growing product or platform.
• Experience owning multi-quarter technical and delivery strategy and helping shape a product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Computer Backup engineering team, with Desktop and Backend Leads.
• Set long-term technical direction and architecture for the product.
• Own multi-quarter delivery strategy and roadmap alignment with Product leadership.
• Manage budget, headcount, tooling, and infrastructure investments.
