Maximus is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Microsoft .NET / Azure) to guide the design and development of large-scale web applications. This is a remote position, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to HIPAA and security standards.

You will own estimates, create PBIs, code in .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL, perform QA, present to stakeholders, and mentor junior developers. Strong communication and initiative are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Telerik Kendo UI, and SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet core hours 9AM–2PM Central Time.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality policies must be followed.
