Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• HIPAA compliance and confidentiality awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex software applications from business requirements.
• Investigate new solutions and techniques to improve coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose detailed resolutions.
• Support testing and defect remediation.
• Mentor entry and mid-level developers.
• Estimate Level of Effort for PBIs for web apps.
• Create PBIs using .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL.
• Perform Scrum QA for web apps.
• Present web apps to internal stakeholders.
• Perform privileged database operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
